Job Summary

  • You will build lasting professional relationships with existing maintenance clients, manage a team of technicians, and collaborate with other Team Leaders on repairs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by verifying that agreements and commitments are met, and address client questions and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Develop the skills, overall performance, and motivation of your team of technicians, and ensure an adequate level of resources by managing absences and capacity planning.
