Key Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in operations, account management, or service delivery leadership
  • Experience leading onsite or embedded teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training (preferred)
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM), or equivalent (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
  • Current or former tradesperson license (preferred)
