Key Requirements
FM leadership senior management role
Facilities degree or background
Experience in corporate industry sectors
Proven experience managing high profile P&L contracts
Significant experience within multi-service FM environment
Excellent relationship management
High level of Health and Safety knowledge
Experience within Soft Service FM sector
P&L Ownership for portfolio of contracts
Management experience across broad client sectors
Ability to manage remotely
Conversant with IT Packages including Microsoft Office
