You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing activities, participate in developing policies, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
The role includes providing direct nursing care, managing staff assignments, participating in quality assurance, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the nursing service department.
