Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity throughout the shift.
