Must-have

  • Maintain work schedules using Workday
  • Track time and attendance for all staff
  • Coordinate staff coverage for unfilled shifts
  • Validate and reconcile scheduled hours for payroll
  • Submit validated hours to payroll system
  • Assist with leave administration and WCB liaison
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety practices

  • Experience working with seniors in long-term care
  • Proficiency in PointClickCare or cloud-based software
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Key Requirements
