This role has dual responsibilities for Franciscan Insurance Services and the Senior Promise Program, acting as a licensed insurance agent and providing resources and education to older adults.
The position involves enrolling clients into senior-related insurance policies, maintaining databases, resolving customer concerns, planning events, and presenting Medicare educational programs.
