Job Summary
As Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind an efficient and well-organized dinner kit department, combining leadership with technical insight to motivate your team towards optimal results.
You will lead 3 shift leaders, each managing a team of approximately 6 employees, and work with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement uniform working methods and agreements for your teams.
Your responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing departmental performance, encouraging proactive thinking about machine conversions and workstation efficiency, and managing personnel and production planning.
