Job Summary
Positions are assigned responsibilities related to the construction, maintenance, repair or upkeep of buildings, grounds or other state property.
This may include assisting in the construction or renovation of buildings, general maintenance and upkeep of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and other systems.
Employees will comply with all Oklahoma Military Department State Employee personnel policies and procedures.

Must-have
Perform carpentry M&R work
Repair plumbing fixtures
Maintain and repair electrical items
Operate construction and maintenance equipment
Work in extreme weather conditions
Lift/carry a minimum of 40 pounds

Assist contracted repair technicians
Maintain equipment logs and construction plans
Coordinate with users for access scheduling
Key Requirements
Four years of experience in building trades or equivalent
