Employees will serve as clinical experts and role models who monitor and mentor staff performance within a 44-bed Ortho/Trauma unit at a Level I Shock Trauma Center.
The position requires ensuring appropriate staffing levels and mix to optimize routine operations while adhering to strict HIPAA and data security guidelines.
