Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or industry roles
  • Proven experience advising clients on complex real estate and facilities transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record of shaping and delivering real estate and facilities transformation programs
  • Demonstrated ability to move from strategic problem-solving to execution planning
  • Superior executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience leading and mentoring diverse project teams
  • Strong program and project management capabilities
