Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications ordered for residents while following facility policies and procedures.
Maintain productive working relationships with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and participate in quality assurance and facility committees to improve medication processes.
Ensure confidentiality of resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized access to protected health information.
