Job Summary
The Manager, HR Operations is responsible for HR and organizational consulting and for ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions across Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
As an HR business partner, s/he will lead HR operations, processes, and solutions across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and change management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in core HR functions
Proven exposure to talent acquisition and management
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinances
Working knowledge of labour laws in Indonesia and the Philippines
Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
