Key Requirements

  • Degree and/or equivalent experience in business administration, education administration or similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of timetabling coordination and class management within a higher education or similar complex environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Advanced data management, analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • High-level computer proficiency including MS office and experience with student management systems
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Experience with University systems
  • Knowledge of higher education administrative processes and frameworks
  • Experience in English language testing (IELTS/ PTE) administration
