Design and develop enterprise-wide PLM Systems configurations and workflows improvement initiatives ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical needs.
Create detailed design specifications for configuration, minor customizations, and integrations with ERP and other customer apps.
Maintain the SOPs and the knowledge base according to the support process definition and investigate or fulfil issues or requests as per tickets raised by users.

10+ years of experience in IT, Computer Science, or STEM

Experience managing large-scale complex PLM IT projects
Experience with data integration between PLM and enterprise systems
