Job Summary
This position services the needs of patients in Nuclear medicine by performing compounding, quality control, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals.
The intern will work under the direct supervision of a Nuclear Pharmacist to conduct daily activities and understand regulatory and operational aspects of nuclear pharmacy.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check and may require a drug screen or physical during the post offer process.

Must-have
Compounding radiopharmaceuticals
Quality control of nuclear pharmacy products
Dispensing radiopharmaceuticals

Understanding regulatory aspects of nuclear pharmacy

Knowledge of USP standards
Experience with outpatient interventions
Familiarity with nuclear medicine procedures
Key Requirements
Acceptance in an accredited college of Pharmacy
Current Ohio Board of Pharmacy Intern license within 120 days of hire
