Job Summary

• The Field Reimbursement Manager is responsible for serving as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with office staff with respect to reimbursement for CAR-T.
• This role involves investing significant time (up to 75% potentially on-site) with customers assessing their education needs and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders.

Base: $102,000.00 - $177,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay - 13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours, consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k))
