Key Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years experience
  • Illinois Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP)
  • Illinois Paramedic license from IDPH
  • Missouri Advanced Life Support (ALS) or PALS
  • Oklahoma Paramedic license and NREMT certification
  • Wisconsin Paramedic license from DHS
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
