The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and current federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
Employees must participate in developing and maintaining the facility's quality assurance program and assist in planning resident discharge services.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
