Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures to govern the nursing service department and ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • This role requires assisting the Director of Nursing in planning discharge strategies, coordinating with physicians and families, and ensuring that all nursing personnel comply with established job descriptions and safety protocols.
