Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and controls, while working closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to quickly and effectively resolve issues with AS9100C standards.
  • Establish a quality system continuous improvement program, manage challenging customer quality requirements such as PPAP, and own the problem-solving process for quality.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality
  • 5+ years of management/leadership experience
  • Understanding of ITAR, PPAP, ISO9001, AS91100C, ISO13485
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge
  • Six Sigma methodology knowledge
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
