Our client is seeking a motivated Analyst to join their Operations team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the firm by ensuring smooth account onboarding while meeting stringent regulatory and compliance standards. About the Team The Client Onboarding (COB) team partners closely with Legal, Compliance, AML, and Management to mitigate risks in onboarding new PWM clients. PWM Operations supports clients through asset transfers, account opening, execution services, performance measurement, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Review and validate account onboarding and maintenance documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Understand diverse client account structures and required legal documentation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization of account documentation. Perform system data input for account setup and suitability reviews. Identify red flags during onboarding and escalate appropriately. Partner with AML Compliance to implement new policies and conduct due diligence reviews. Request and approve products (options, margin, cash, etc.) for accounts. Ensure downstream systems correctly reflect approved products and services. Coordinate issue resolution with Teams, Compliance, and Legal. Maintain updated documentation in central repositories. Drive continuous process improvements. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1-2 year of financial industry experience (KYC/AML/Client Onboarding experience preferred). Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks in operations. Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and proactive in challenging processes. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across business and federation teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines.
