Job Summary
This position provides Network Operation Center (NOC) services including Layer 1 and technical support, site surveys, installation, configuration, replacement, maintenance, and monitoring of network devices supporting the County’s converged data and voice network.
The role is responsible for physical layer troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle support, and ensuring proper deployment of network infrastructure at County facilities.
