  • This position includes direct supervision of 12 Medical Assistants and plays a key role in fostering a supportive and efficient clinical environment.
  • In addition to performing the duties of a Medical Assistant, the position serves as a role model and resource for site staff.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years direct Medical Assistant experience
  • Prior clinical leadership experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Certified Medical Assistant - required
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred
  • MA Lead Experience
  • Primary Care Experience
  • Outpatient Experience
  • EPIC Experience
