Job Summary

  • The Sr. Account Director is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and practices for its market by delivering sales targets and meeting KPI’s through the management of a mixed portfolio of political polling and academic university clients whilst implementing strategic account management and key account planning programs.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have experience and be motivated to proactively drive revenue from previously unknown or under-leveraged sources and identify and develop opportunities through research and networking.
  • A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional work experience
  • Track record in Sales and business development
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Political, Academic, or Research-related sales experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Understanding of political campaigns or polling (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and motivated 'go getter'
  • Regular travel (at least once monthly)
