Job Summary

  • The TA Engagement Lead acts as the primary point of contact to the TA under responsibility, co-creating, managing, and delivering marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring the Total TA is performing in line with cluster objectives by guiding and coaching Product Specialists to improve efficiency and achieve optimum performance.
  • Key responsibilities include shaping TA/Brand Strategies, driving marketing plan execution, forecasting sales, leading financial cycles, and managing Product Specialists' activities and targets.
