The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to state laws and facility policies regarding patient safety and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, recording intake/output, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in shift meetings for improvement
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
