Job Summary

  • The Production Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Analyze maintenance data (e.g., downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
