Job Summary
As Distribution Supervisor, you'll oversee daily logistics operations while developing a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers working on scientific research and healthcare initiatives.
Using Lean methodology and Practical Process Improvement (PPI), you'll support continuous improvement and optimize workflows while maintaining rigorous compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
