Job Summary

  • The Assistant Facility Coordinator is responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, unwavering optimism and professionalism at all times.
  • Partners with the onsite client EA to maintain the space, stocks work rooms, and coordinates monthly meetings with critical vendors.
  • Participates in monthly facility and financial reviews and serves on the Emergency Response Preparedness Team.
