Employees must ensure all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
The role requires administering medications, completing accident/incident reports, and participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
Current unencumbered active LPN/LVN license in state
