Job Summary
The role requires providing event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems, along with excellent desktop support services to internal staff.
Candidates must be customer service-focused, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities include providing level 1 & 2 support of all point-of-sale system problems, conducting stadium walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational, and replacing defective hardware.

Key Requirements
1-3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (Experience can be substituted)
Basic PC hardware knowledge
Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLAN’s
Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 administration
Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
