Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
