Job Summary

  • This position performs a variety of food preparation activities and related tasks according to quality and safety standards in dining, retail, and/or catering venues to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental food service goals.
  • The position will work in a collaborative and educational environment to provide customer service and related activities in campus dining operations, following established procedures and best practices to assure high quality dining services.
  • The incumbent will be expected to adapt quickly and effectively to daily changes in business needs including increased & decreased guest count, menu substitutions, staffing needs, customer requests, and more.
