The CSR is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, managing working relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing all components of administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, retrieving insurance assignments, preparing repair orders, recording communication, confirming car rental information, and managing the ARMS system.
