This role provides essential operational leadership to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of aviation component repairs for civil and military sectors.
The Supply Chain Execution Lead is responsible for executing supply chain activities, managing supplier contracts, and ensuring strict adherence to customs and ITAR requirements.
Candidates will lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles to optimize supply chain performance across sites in Australia and Singapore.

AS9120 import/export and ITAR compliance knowledge
Leading annual stocktake and inventory reconciliation
Supplier performance review and relationship management
Advanced Excel skills for large dataset analysis
Lean principles and continuous improvement application

Ability to work across multiple time zones
Formal lean qualifications or certifications
Experience with Safety Management Systems

Key Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning or related field
Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance
Extensive experience in contract management and cost escalation
Proven experience leading stocktake processes
Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards
