Job Summary
The role is responsible for planning and executing acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business alliances to pursue inorganic growth opportunities.
Candidates will support the development of internal business cases and seek approval from the Strategic Initiative Committee and Board regarding potential transactions.
The position requires facilitating discussions amongst multi-functional deal teams and preparing comprehensive transaction deliverables including due diligence assessments and legal documentation.
