  • IPC soldering or equivalent fine soldering skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent education

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to coach and mentor new employees
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
  • Knowledge of calibration schedules for equipment
  • Designated Inspection certification preferred
  • Willingness to cross-train on multiple products

Key Requirements

  • 3-8 years manufacturing assembly experience
  • Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
  • US Person citizenship required due to ITAR regulations
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to interpret production prints and diagrams
