IPC soldering or equivalent fine soldering skills
High School diploma or equivalent education

Ability to coach and mentor new employees
Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
Knowledge of calibration schedules for equipment
Designated Inspection certification preferred
Willingness to cross-train on multiple products
Key Requirements
3-8 years manufacturing assembly experience
Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
US Person citizenship required due to ITAR regulations
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to interpret production prints and diagrams
