Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations
Minimum 8 years relevant experience
3-5 years operations or manufacturing engineering
U.S. citizenship required for access
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma green belt certification
Prior aerospace industry work experience
Project management experience
Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition knowledge
Strong communication and team skills
