Key Requirements
Master's degree + 15 years experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years experience
Minimum 3 years empirical user research in software development
Experience across interface, product, and workflow/mission levels
Expertise in Agile development environments
Familiarity with Figma or AdobeXD
Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
