Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree preferred
  • 5+ years minimum restaurant kitchen experience
  • Experience managing multiple hospitality locations
  • Proficient in all kitchen positions
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Expert-level food and beverage knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Toast, XtraChef
