Job Summary

  • The purpose of this leadership position is to orchestrate New Product Introduction for Knees across the end-to-end supply chain in order to achieve committed launch dates and an efficient and sustainable supply chain for the lifecycle of a product in alignment with the Product Value Streams.
  • Coach and develop cross‑functional supply chain professionals, building high‑performing teams capable of navigating complex product development under tight timelines.
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program and offers various time off benefits including vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Chemistry

  • Experience with GMP and pharmaceutical industry regulations
