Job Summary
The MEL Officer will ensure the operational implementation of the project's MEL system through data management, quality assurance, analysis, learning, and evidence utilization to improve performance and support decision-making.
Responsibilities include administering DHIS2, developing Power BI dashboards, implementing data quality assessments, analyzing data for trends, and providing technical support and training to teams and partners.
The role requires collaboration with national, regional, and district project teams, implementation partners, Ministry of Public Health teams, and technical and financial partners to ensure coordinated execution and reliable data availability.
