You will be responsible for executing on-site robot commissioning, debugging, and optimizing paint process parameters including DFT and color matching.
The position requires extensive travel up to 90-95% and strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with customers in engineering-driven environments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years experience in Paint Robots
Hands-on automation and paint shop environments
Proficiency in Robot Studio and RobView tools
Experience with sealant and spraying equipment
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
Extensive travel up to 90-95% required
Nice-to-have
Prior work experience with automotive customers
Exposure to design tools like AutoCAD and CATIA
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Ability to create clear technical presentations
Knowledge of new model simulations
