Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, Biology or an ASCP approved discipline
  • ASCP Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Technologist (MT), or Cytogenetics (CG) passed within 12 months of eligibility
  • BSMT or BSMLS degree in Cytogenetics
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience
  • Previous Cytogenetics experience
  • ASCP in Cytogenetics CG(ASCP)
  • General knowledge of clinical laboratory quality control practices
