Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a concrete laborer
• Minimum 2 years' experience in foundation layout
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a concrete form-setter/finisher
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a concrete Foreman
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a concrete Superintendent
• Proven experience with flatwork, spread footing pedestals, foundations, and cast-in-place walls
• Strong knowledge of concrete practices, placement, and finishing techniques
• Hands-on experience operating concrete finishing equipment
• Proven layout knowledge and ability to ensure accurate field execution
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate complex work scopes
• Proven track record of building and developing teams
• Willing and able to travel and work extended hours as needed
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and maintain a satisfactory driving record
