Job Summary

  • This is a hands-on, heavy-equipment role supporting troubleshooting, commissioning, performance optimization, and advanced repairs of mobile crushing, screening, or similar heavy machinery.
  • You will be supporting troubleshooting, commissioning, performance optimization, and advanced repairs, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through unsupervised work at workshops and customer sites.
  • The role involves providing advanced field-based technical support, supervising complex repairs, supporting dealer training, and interfacing with NPD teams on serviceability and field performance feedback.
