  • Commercial HVACR system installation and repair
  • Variable Air Volume (VAV) and CRAC system troubleshooting
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS proficiency
  • Direct Digital Control (DDC) programming and linkage
  • GMP documentation and regulatory compliance adherence
  • Evaporator troubleshooting and refrigeration unit maintenance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in GMP and ISO 13485 environments
  • Knowledge of CLIA/CAP regulations
  • State of Wisconsin HVAC Qualifier Certificate
  • Training leadership for entry-level technicians
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVACR experience
  • 5+ years experience with VAV and CRAC systems
  • Valid EPA-608 Universal Refrigeration License required
  • Associate's degree or formal HVACR apprenticeship completion
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report with no major violations in 36 months
