Job Summary

  • Lead the Refining Supply & Midstream (RS&M) Crisis & Continuity Management (C&CM) programme to ensure business preparedness for a wide range of risks.
  • Develop and deliver a holistic C&CM Training & Exercise programme to test and validate response plans and teams.
  • Contribute to the ST&S C&CM continuous improvement through leading lessons learned reviews and implementing iterative improvements.
