The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information and promptly reporting any incidents or changes in resident condition to supervisors.
Employees must cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and participate in regular nursing personnel meetings to improve services.
